Who We Are

Many organizations have mission, vision, and value statements that are written by a few people with the intent of laying the foundation for a company’s culture. All too often these statements are nothing more than a marketing exercise that results in words that have little meaning to the company's employees or their clientele.
  
In some cases, however, an organization does the hard work of analyzing what it was that pulled them together and how they believe they can make a difference in the world.  Innovative-e consists of individuals of varying backgrounds and cultures with a common bond that drives us to accomplish great things for our clients. It’s more than words; it’s who we are.
