Mike Taylor, president and CEO of Innovative-e, Inc., is a global entrepreneur, experienced business consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of IT experience. Mike specializes in solving business problems through project management, custom application development, infrastructure and consulting services for the Global 2000.

Prior to founding Innovative-e in 1999, Mike founded Microtechnix International, a multi-million dollar professional services company that provides technology consulting, enterprise networking and application development.

Mike is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with minors in mathematics and computer science. He is also a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), AECF, Outsource Institute and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

As managing partner for Innovative-e, Inc., Dux Raymond Sy is responsible for business development for a global client base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies to small- and medium-sized enterprises. Dux is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has earned a reputation as being among the leading experts on leveraging collaboration tools for project management.

As a thought leader in maximizing project team collaboration, Dux is also the author of SharePoint for Project Management published by O’Reilly Media. He is focused on empowering organizations on how to leverage the benefits of SharePoint technologies with quantifiable goals, such as increasing productivity and efficiency, decreasing collaboration redundancies and streamlining electronic communications. A sought after speaker, Dux has presented in various Microsoft and Project Management Institute (PMI) events worldwide. He is very much involved in the greater SharePoint community and is an event chair for SharePoint Saturday events, which are free community-driven conferences held worldwide.

Dux has a bachelor's of science degree in telecommunications engineering technology with a minor in mathematics from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Ruwan Fernando leads the application development services for Innovative-e, Inc. He specializes in the Microsoft .NET platform: C#, Visual Basic .NET and SharePoint. He is an expert in software realease management methodologies and has architected various enterprise software solutions. His expertise also includes Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) development, C++ development, and Perl programming.

Prior to joining Innovative-e, Ruwan gained experience as a technical lead and software engineer at Virtusa Corporation. Ruwan is a graduate of the University of Moratuwa with an engineering degree in computers.

As managing partner and director of e-business communication for Innovative-e, Inc., Caroll Ford oversees business consulting for the Microsoft SharePoint platform of products, focusing on content management and migration services.

Caroll has a balanced understanding of technology, business and human factors that lead to consistent positive results. His specialties include web marketing, e-commerce, and SharePoint.

Prior to joining Innovative-e, Caroll spent 20 years in IT management and consulting, including operation management, network design, application development and service management. Caroll worked for companies such as Siemens Energy and Automation, I.B.I.S. Inc., AT&T GIS, Century Offshore Management Company, Mentor Systems, Inc., and Bradford National Life Insurance Company.

As the client engagement manager for Innovative-e, Inc., Miknon Go creates and manages customer engagement opportunities, as well as builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients.

Miknon is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and specializes in project management, product engineering/management, business analysis and process engineering, full software development lifecycle project management, as well as process analysis and requirements gathering.

Previous to his role at Innovative-e, Miknon served as a process engineer for ChoicePoint. He is also the co-founder and former marketing consultant for Tsinoy.com, the premier Chinese-Filipino online community. Miknon also founded and managed the operation of Uni Cabwire Industries, which grew to one of the top networking product distributors in the Philippines. In addition, he served as retail business executive for the Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. in Manila, Philippines, where he managed the business development and marketing for the entire province of Quezon.

Miknon is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a master’s of science degree in information technology. He earned a bachelor’s of science in electronics and communications engineering from De La Salle University.

Tom Fallon has more than 20 years of professional and academic IT experience. As a senior consultant for Innovative-e, Inc., Tom leads the development of internal best practices for engagement processes, professional development and organizational standards.

Tom is well versed in Java and Microsoft .NET technologies. He is an avid C# and SharePoint developer and enjoys training.

Tom is a professor at Southern Polytechnic State University and he authored the book The Internet Today published by Prentice Hall.
