Challenge: Executives at a large building products company mandated that the company obtain better control of corporate communication costs associated with mobile phones in particular. With multiple mobile phone vendors, lack of a cohesive policy and no standardized reporting, it was impossible for the company to efficiently identify where costs could be cut without hampering business. · Manage the process of migrating all Individual cell phone accounts to corporate accounts

Results: In less than four months, Innovative-e helped the client organization reduced the total number of mobile devices and associated service plans by more than 400 units. Annual savings going forward are estimated to be in excess of $300,000, resulting in an estimated ROI of 83 percent the first year.
