• ‘Edu-Neering’ sessions to provide high level education and guidance regarding product benefits, common mistakes, and best practices to increase chances of success
• Conduct organizational capability analysis to understand the ability to absorb a SharePoint rollout from a project and on-going support perspective
• Business requirements elicitation
• Harmonize and prioritize the recommended offerings into phases based on need, cost, and organizational ability to perform

• Detailed Technology Roadmap
• High level work breakdown structure (WBS) detailing resource types, effort, timelines, & dependencies
• High level Project Plan that includes key project objectives, the WBS, high level costing, and adoption (i.e. draft communication & training plans)
