Mike Taylor

Founder & President

Mike Taylor, founder and CEO of Innovative-e Inc., is a global entrepreneur, experienced business consultant and certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years experience in information technology and services. Taylor specializes in solving business problems through project management, custom application development, infrastructure and consulting services for the Global 2000. His expertise also includes Microsoft technologies, .Net, AJAX, SharePoint and SaaS.

Prior to founding Innovative-e in 1999, Taylor founded Microtechnix International, a multi-million dollar professional services company that provides technology consulting, enterprise networking and application development.

Taylor is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with minors in mathematics and computer science. He is also a graduate of the Project Management Institute and a member of PMI (Project Management Institute), AECF, Outsource Institute and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Dux Raymond Sy, PMP

Managing Partner and Chief Evangelist

As managing partner at Innovative-e Inc., Dux Raymond Sy is responsible for business development for a global client base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies to small- and medium-sized enterprises. Dux is a certified Project Management Professional, author, frequent speaker, instructor/trainer and international businessman. With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Dux has earned a reputation as a leading expert on project management and SharePoint solutions. He has used his extensive experience to pen the book, SharePoint for Project Managers: How to Create a Project Management Information System (PMIS) with SharePoint.

Prior to joining Innovative-e, Dux founded QuantumX, a technology firm that offers full-scale, strategic information technology consulting, systems integration, Internet architecture design and software development.

As an instructor and course author for Learning Tree International, Dux provides in-depth IT training for professionals at leading companies around the world. He is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin, Filipino, Taiwanese and German. He has taught training courses in the United States, Bahamas, Barbados, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Southern Polytechnic University and De La Salle University, respectively.

Miknon Go

Client Engagement Manager

As the client engagement manager at Innovative-e Inc., Miknon Go creates and manages customer engagement opportunities, as well as builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients.

Miknon specializes in project management, product engineering/management, business analysis and process engineering, full software development lifecycle project management, as well as process analysis and requirements gathering.

Previous to his current role at Innovative-e, Miknon served as a process engineer for ChoicePoint. He is also the co-founder and former marketing consultant for Tsinoy.com, the premier Chinese-Filipino online community. Miknon also founded and managed the operation of Uni Cabwire Industries, which grew to one of the top networking product distributors in the Philippines. In addition, he served as retail business executive for the Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. in Manila, Philippines where he managed the business development and marketing for the entire province of Quezon.

Miknon is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a master’s of science degree in information technology. He earned a bachelor’s of science in, electronics and communications engineering from De La Salle University.

Ruwan Fernando

Managing Director - Asian Operations

Fernando specializes in software development and application development services, including development on the Microsoft .NET platform in C# and Visual Basic .NET and the Microsoft SharePoint platform, Design and Development for Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle databases. His expertise also includes Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) development, C++ development, Perl programming.

Prior to joining Innovative-e, Fernando gained experience as a technical lead and software engineer at Virtusa Corporation. Fernando is a graduate of the University of Moratuwa with an Engineering degree in computers.
